Liz is a vinyl DJ that loves to spin soul, punk, indie, and rock in her sets. Originally from Tennessee, she loves Chicago so much she moved back in 2023 after 12 years away, and is here to stay! Classic Memphis and Detroit soul is her go-to to get the dance floor moving, in addition to a well-placed Q Lazarus or Prince song. While living in Memphis, she created and hosted the weekly radio show Modern Girl on WEVL Memphis 89.9 FM for 4 years. These days you can catch her DJ-ing under the same name, spinning her women and queer-centric catalog in the booth and on the dance floor.
